Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts for 30 days, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you need to contact us at admin@hilite.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
There are some items that cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), customized products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To expedite the exchange process, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
